Painters are back

Today six painters started to work again on the house. There is a lot to do and they have planned to be ready before August.
The house was stripped from the tree, so now it's easier to see the house again.

Taking off the tree now when the upper walls has been painted.

This is the house color. (not the lower part)

Front after starting to take down the tree.

Painters start testing different pigments on the tree windows.

We cannot use the light tree color due to all the marks in the tree we use. It's reused teak, probably from some old houses. The painters gives good advise on how to make it nice.

This is result on the pigment. It will later get many layers of transparent varnish.

There is a lot of sanding....

From the guest bedroom

The pigment of the varnish looks good (my opinion)

Painter working hard.

Some pictures from today.

Arrival of the roof tiles

The roof tiles arrived today at 06.00 in the morning. No pallet, it looked like they have unloaded the truck manually. They delivered over 4000 tiles! One of the three piles of tiles delivered. Some broken due to the bad handling. Lintels in aluminum to hold the roof tiles. More lintels

Fencing work never ends

Today there was more work done on the fences, I am not sure if I should have more fence pictures - but OK - here are some from the work done today. Between our future fruit-garden (now temporary houses for the labors) and our nabors fruit-garden there will be a more simple fence than on the front. This is in the far end of the land. The nabor on this side have a turtle farm, he is also working in the Tessaban (Comunity Hall). The big bush on the right side of the picture is our Bambu area. (Bambu is a grass). Here you can see some of our very small fruit-trees To the right is our nabors fruit-trees To our left is a non-sold piece of land, just nothing right now. Anyone want to buy? The fence is strong here in the front. There is still some work before it's ready. We will keep a small road on this side of the house for transports to the fruit-garden on the back. Front Still much to do The fence is quite long - 115 meters on...
