Assorted from last week of July

The pictures from the last week of July was unsorted and in a mess, so I decided to add a mix of things happening this week.

Painted house and the outside lamps in place. The contrast between the "Smoky white" house color and the teak wood is quite nice (my opinion).

Under the bedrooms there are no ceiling, so the lamps and wire is more visible. We have choosen LED lamps everywhere in the house.

I think the painters are ready with the front stairs now.

The team was fixing the fresh water piping. There will be option for community water and well. To be sure to always have water we have a small (1000 L) tank by the house.

Blueprint

The first version of the blueprint. About half of the house is one floor, the bedrooms are raised as a second floor with mostly open areas below (laundry and outdoor relax area). I guess there will be some small changes here and there during the building process, but in general this is the house. Even if it looks like that, we will not have any cars under the bedroom.

Community water

Perfect timing. The community have started to dig and mount water pipes right outside my fence, so I will get water from both the well and the community = no future water problems!
