More pictures on the sewage

The workers have been doing a great job with the waste water part for some days now. I here share some pictures

This is the plan for the pipes going to the community sewage

In real, very big pipes. I guess I can hook up a multi-family house to this pipes too.

The 1600L sewage tank from the toilets on a concrete platform.

Soon filled up with soil. The tank was filled with water before the filling started. All to keep it in shape and place.

From the top.

The pipes going directly to the sewage pipes comes from the sinks and not from the toilet.

More pipework

Tank will soon disappear, only a pipe if we needs to get rid of the content in the future.

Last inspection place before the community connection.

It will soon be hidden by the soil.

Connected and ready. The only thing needed no is the lid.

This is the welded frames that will be used in the construction of the lids to the sewage inspection holes. I will show later on how they looks when they are ready.

The foundation to the grase trap is soon ready. It will be very easy to inspect and clean.

Blueprint

The first version of the blueprint. About half of the house is one floor, the bedrooms are raised as a second floor with mostly open areas below (laundry and outdoor relax area). I guess there will be some small changes here and there during the building process, but in general this is the house. Even if it looks like that, we will not have any cars under the bedroom.

Community water

Perfect timing. The community have started to dig and mount water pipes right outside my fence, so I will get water from both the well and the community = no future water problems!
