Today the termite group arrived. They need to install pipes on the beams where chemicals will be transported and dripping out to prevent termites under the house.
It's a bit scary with this chemicals, but this is how they do it when building houses and they tell it will not smell or cause any troubles.
The installation and three years of maintenance was included in the contract with the builder. After that the termite team will come and fill more in the pipes when I call them.
