Next layer of beams

The ready floor on the left side of the house will be 1.2 m from the ground, so we need a second layer of beams. There will be a brick layer and then beams connected to the pillars.

This house will not fall apart so easily. Quite thick rebars.

In some places they are using the small red bricks. They are better if you need to attach anything heavy to the wall.






Wrapping the pillars with plastic so it burns slower and keep the moist.

First high forms is are mounted.




They need to be sure the forms doesn't break then heavy concrete is poured into the forms in a couple of days


More distances to keep the rebars from the form. They need a lot. 

It's not only men that have muscles, this lady bends most of the rebars.

Roof - Part 2

The roof took three days. The put tiles both on the high roof and most part on the lower roof. They decided to wait with the part that is between the big and low part because the plastering work on the high wall could make the tiles very dirty and difficult to clean after. Another solution should have been covering the part, but that was not an option - they are the experts, so it's just to lean back and let them do what they want. Lats and lifting tiles. Arrival of the roof tiles

The roof tiles arrived today at 06.00 in the morning. No pallet, it looked like they have unloaded the truck manually. They delivered over 4000 tiles! One of the three piles of tiles delivered. Some broken due to the bad handling. Lintels in aluminum to hold the roof tiles. More lintels
